Shipping:
Shipping within the US will depend on your location and the size of the piece you are receiving and will be calculated once your order has been received.
Payment Options:
Pay in full upfront.
Pay 50% upfront, and pay the other 50%, including shipping, 2 weeks later.
Payments can be made through PayPal and Zelle.
Important Information:
I will email you once I have started your piece, and keep you up to date on the progress. If you are ordering a painting, keep in mind they take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to dry.
Multiple pets within one piece will have an additional cost, depending on the size you order. Please fill out the order form to discuss cost.
If this is a rush order, or by a certain date, there is an additional $50 priority fee.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 30 days after placing your order. If your piece hasn’t been started, you will receive a full refund. However, if you have already received notice that your piece has been started, you will only receive a refund of 50% of the total cost.
Picture Requirements:
When painting or drawing your pet, I use one picture of your pet that you choose. Please make sure the picture you choose is the picture you want me to create of your pet. you can send additional photos for adjustments and to help me get a better sense of your pet
The picture must be: clear/high-quality, have bright natural lighting, and be a close-up headshot/ full body pose.
*The better the quality of the picture, the more realistic the piece will turn out.*
